Scope of Services The Project is located at Plant No. 2 at 22212 Brookhurst Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92646. The Work consists of the following: for Digester C, D, F, and G at OC San's Plant No. 2, replace the high-rate mixing pumps, sludge transfer pumps, sludge recirculation pumps, heat exchangers, and hot water pumps, piping, and appurtenances. For the high-rate mixing pumps, replace motor starters as well as electrical and control wiring and instrumentation. For the hot water loop, replace the local pneumatic controllers for the 3-way valves with electrically actuated digital controllers.
