Scope of Services General Project Description: In 2001, the Incline Skate Park was constructed. For over twenty years, skateboarders of all ages and skill levels have used the skate park; however, the skate park no longer meets the needs of the skateboarders and the community. Over time, the skate park has deteriorated and renovations are needed for the poor condition of the cracked concrete, rusted metal, and damaged equipment. These poor conditions along with the size of the skate park, in relation to the number of users, pose a safety risk to the users of the skate park. The Incline Skate Park also has very few beginner features and does not provide enough space or variety for skateboarders to practice and develop their skills.
