Design-Build Services for New Marina Del Rey Parking Structure

SCOPE OF SERVICES: The project will include construction of an approximately 170,000 square-foot, two-story parking structure containing three levels of parking (including the roof level). The structure would be a maximum of 45 feet in height and would generally have a landscaped setback of 20 feet from the Mindanao Way right of way to the main façade (see Exhibit R Preliminary Plot Plan). The exterior façade of the structure will have some type of cladding. The proposed parking structure would contain approximately 500 parking spaces including EV charging stations and solar carports on the roof level. The main primary vehicle entrance/exit will be located off of Mindanao Way and a special events Vehicle/Boat exit will be located south of the structure towards Fiji Way.
