SCOPE OF WORK The selected firm is to provide a full time Inspector and Resident Engineer to provide project management for the duration of the Project until the Project paperwork is finalized and approved by the City for project acceptance. The Resident Engineer shall be a licensed Mechanical Engineer registered in the State of California or a licensed Civil Engineer with documented prior experience with HVAC projects in the State of California. The selected firm will provide the necessary comprehensive Testing Services to the City of Lomita Public Works Department in accordance with all provisions of the project plans and specifications.
