Scope of Work This RFPQ covers the following program elements. Preparation of a damage report based on a field visit. Design and engineering work to repair/ replace damage due to the 2022/2023 winter storms, including the damaged existing 35-foot long by 48-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe, the culvert materials under and around that were washed out, headwall, and the approximately 10-feet of culvert that collapsed. Design and engineering of pipe sizing. Design and engineering of inlet protection. Design and engineering headwalls at culvert if determined to be necessary. Design and engineering of the roadway section for emergency vehicle access and functionality as a multi use trail.Design and engineering of embankment stabilization measures
