On-Call Door and Gate Repair Services

Scope of Work and Special Provisions : The City of Morgan Hill is seeking proposals from California Contractor’s State Licensing Board (CSLB)- licensed Door Replacement and Repair Contractors for On-Call Door and Gate Repair Services at various City facilities. The Contractor will provide full-service, on-call door and gate repair services and administer the duties and responsibilities set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Contractors submitting bid proposals must be prepared to immediately enter into a contract (“Agreement”) for the services and duties as set forth in this RFP. Services to be performed include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks and incidental and customary work necessary to competently perform on-call door and gate repair work at various City facilities and per Work Hours
