SCOPE OF WORK The County of Mariposa shall not be liable for any pre-contractual expenses incurred by any Contractor, nor shall any firm include such expenses as part to the proposed cost. Precontractual expenses include any expense incurred by a proposal and negotiation of any terms with the County. The County reserves the right to withdraw this RFP at any time without prior notice and to reject any and all proposals submitted without indicating any reasons. Any award of contract for services shall be made to the firms best qualified and responsive in the opinion of the County.
