SCOPE OF WORK Areas to paint: Contractor shall paint all structure surfaces, including mounts and mounting hardware of the “Cosmos” monument. A graffiti protection coating shall be applied to the bottom 10’ of the structure. All coatings must be approved, tested and verified by a City of Roseville Paint Representative, prior to being applied. Must use specified products as shown on this Scope of Work (or approved substitute)
