Scope of Services The City is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to replace and install deteriorated sewer manhole, sewer cleanout and water valve concrete collars located throughout City streets per ATTACHMENT A. The successful Bidder will work with the City to efficiently remove deteriorated concrete collars and construct new collars which comply with the City’s Standard Plans for sewer manholes, sewer cleanouts and water valves. The City reserves the right to add or delete sewer manholes, sewer cleanouts and water valve concrete collars identified for replacement.
