SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall adhere to all safety precautions at all times. Advanced notice is required, prior to each visit, to be given to the City. All work conducted at City facilities shall be conducted from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. A service report shall be provided for each generator inspected listing all predictive maintenance components needed to accomplish preventive and predictive maintenance. The service report shall contain all work completed as well as all follow up work with completion dates. The City shall be notified in advance when life equipment is used to accomplish maintenance of any kind. All technicians shall be properly licensed/certified as to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations applicable to technician’s performance.
