Project Description: The City is interested in securing firms for the specific purpose of obtaining on-call civil engineering and surveying services. This RFQ does not commit the City to enter into a contract, nor does it obligate the City to pay for any costs incurred in preparation and submission of the statement of qualifications (SOQ) or in anticipation of a contract. This agreement shall be established for a three-year term, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. Please note, the City may select more than one firm with which to enter into a contract. Proposals shall be required for all services identified in this RFQ. The selected firm(s) shall submit SOQs that demonstrate that they can perform the scope of work for all potential projects, as identified in Attachment A, but are not guaranteed work. Work shall be requested on an as-needed basis and paid according to an approved rate schedule.
