Scope of Work City Parking Lot Resurfacing (ST-3031, ST-3033, ST-3037, ST-3052) Incorporation of Greenbook. The latest addition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (“SSPWC” or “Greenbook”) shall be incorporated by reference into these Standard Specifications as if fully replicated herein. The Standard Specification shall be supplemented, amended, or replaced by Special Provisions herein below. To the extent that anything in the Special Provisions conflicts with the terms or requirements of the SSPWC, the Special shall control.
