SCOPE OF WORK. MANAGER must competently and thoroughly provide construction management services as described in the RFQ/RFP, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, and as provided in the scope of work description prepared by MANAGER, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B. Collectively, the RFQ/RFP and the scope of work description are referred to herein as “Scope of Work.” MANAGER’s services must include all the procedures necessary to properly complete the Scope of Work, whether specifically included in the Scope of Work or not
