Project Description The City desires to design and construct a deep well at the Carillion Water Treatment Plant (WTP) that is similar in size and functionality to the existing Golden Heights and Industrial deep wells. The Carillion WTP receives and treats the water from the River Oaks well near Community Park. The purpose of this deep well is to have a water supply with low arsenic levels that eliminates the need for arsenic treatments.
