SCOPE OF SERVICE The Scope of Service includes but not be limited to, ROW acquisition, CEQA approvals, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geotechnical, Electrical Engineering, Environment Permitting, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Cost Estimate, Traffic Control Plans, Striping Plans, Bid Support, Environmental and Biological Studies to deliver a complete set of bidding documents for the Dogwood & Mead Road Project, The project is funded by a Grant from the Highway Safety Improvements Program (HSIP), for the installation of roadway safety measures, lighting, guardrails, chevron curve warning signs, rumble strips, roadway striping, pavement markings, and outside shoulder widening improvements shall comply with other requirements as per Caltrans and the City of Brawley Standards.
