SCOPE OF WORK:The scope of work is broken down into eight Phases: Phase 0 – Remove and replant coastal oak trees from Quad to various locations on campus as directed. Fill all holes left by the removed tree with soil to make safe. Phase 1 – Immediately after NTP, during the summer term (ending Friday, August 9, 2024), complete all work in the designated area. Care must be taken by the contractor that one of the 2 exits from the BGS building in this phase remains operational with an accessible path for students and faculty to leave the building and access the other side of the quad. All other areas of the quad must be open to pedestrians. Access must be maintained to bridge through Vets Memorial. Access must be maintained to AGB with an accessible path.
