SCOPE OF WORK – A-E ON-CALL STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING A-E professional services shall include, but not be limited to performing engineering investigation/inspection and evaluation/assessment studies, site specific building analyses/studies, structural building design/analysis, structural calculations, including foundation, gravity and lateral analysis, cost estimating, peer reviews; reviewing, evaluating, and/or developing structural construction documents, including technical design specifications and reports; utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD for development of construction documents; providing permit assistance/support, and construction support and administration; and ensuring that these items meet the applicable current standards/guidelines, codes, and regulations.
