DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The services are expected to be performed by the selected service providers upon execution of the Agreement through completion of services. This RFP solicits proposals to provide project management and construction management services. The selected Proposer to this RFP will be required to deliver the following Scope of Services in the following general categories: Activity 1) predevelopment project management; Activity 2) construction management; and Activity 3) project close-out and transition to operations.
