SCOPE OF SERVICES The work to be performed will include all architectural and engineering services for the construction of a new Behavioral Health Building. The scope of the work will be separated into two contractual phases: • Phase I – Programming Review and Schematic Design • Phase II – Design, Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration. The following is a description of the proposed project and an outline of work tasks. Thes will include but are not limited to the following activities. Phase 1 A. PROGRAMMING: review of completed study documents 1. The selected firm/consultant will assess current and projected needs of the Calaveras County Behavioral Health Division. The assessment will include space needs, functional relationship, and priorities for the project, with interior spaces and exterior spaces.
