SCOPE OF WORK Attention is directed to Section 4 of the Standard Specifications. The intent of the Plans and Specifications is to cover the complete project ready for use when completed. The CONTRACTOR shall accomplish complete installation of facilities, and any other required items to make the unit complete. All units, facilities, etc., shall be in operating condition to the approval of the Engineer. The quantities and items listed in the proposal form and contract form are given as a basis for the comparison of bids and the Board of Supervisors does not, expressly or by implication, agree that the actual amount of work will correspond therewith, but reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of any class or portion of the work, or to omit portions of the work as may be deemed necessary or expedient by the Engineer.
