Scope of Services The purpose of this RFQ is to select well-qualified proponent(s) to provide a future bid for construction to install a progressive asphalt pump track to serve multiple ages and abilities. The City previously had a conceptual design created and is currently having KOA prepare a design and detailed site plan for the project. It is critical that all project features be constructed in a manner that minimizes future maintenance requirements. Consideration should be given to utilization of proper grading, proper compaction and proper drainage.
