As-Needed SCADA System Support Services

Scope of Work The Consultant to provide pricing for the scenario outlined below to allow a comparison of all proposals. An actual job may vary and the City will establish a not-to-exceed price for the term of the agreement. The project is more particularly described below: The following support services are examples of work that may be requested but this list does not constitute a complete scope of work: Respond to requests for service in a timely manner, upon request of City Staff. A timely response shall be considered less than 24 hours for Emergencies and within 7 working days for non-emergency or routine requests. Assist in troubleshooting communication problems within the SCADA network which includes copper, fiber and radio communication. Creation or modification of Wonderware objects.
