Scope of Services The City of Millbrae is seeking submittals from professional and technical consultants to provide as-needed specialized municipal engineering, traffic and transportation engineering services, and geotechnical engineering services in a broad area of each discipline to supplement staff in the implementation of various Capital Improvement Program projects, operations and in conjunction with new development reviews. The project types include, but are not limited to, consultation, contract administration, design, estimating, complex analysis, report-writing, peer-review and construction management/inspection services.
