Scope of Services The work to be performed under this contract consists of header & slot grinding existing pavement, placement of asphalt base pavement, placement of asphalt leveling course, placement of ARHM overlay, placement of PCC pavement, removal and replacement of PCC curb & gutter, drive approaches, curb ramps, installation of detectable warning surface, adjustment of water valve & covers, adjustment of manhole rings & covers, replacement and adjustment of IEUA manhole covers & adjustment of ring, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the improvements as described in the Plans and Specifications.
