Arroyo Conejo Trash Removal Project

Scope of Work COSCA is seeking services to remove accumulated trash along the floodway of Arroyo Conejo Creek in the City of Thousand Oaks according to the scope of work below. The vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, litter removal supplies, trash disposal, and equipment necessary to remove all trash and debris from the project area, defined as a corridor 40 feet in width adjacent to each stream bank for a linear distance of 2,000 feet. Trash in the wetted stream channel shall be removed if recoverable from the stream bank using hand tools. Required equipment may include a truck, trailer, safety equipment, cutting instruments, trash bags, gloves, rakes, and pickers. The vendor will transport all collected materials to a COSCA-approved landfill. The vendor will provide landfill receipts with the weight of the load, and provide an estimated volume of trash by the cubic yard.
