DESCRIPTION OF WORK This project shall be conducted in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents, all of which may be obtained as per section A-2 of this Notice Inviting Bids. The project consists of the following: Installation of approximately 4,610 feet of water distribution main, 93 water service laterals and 10 fire hydrants. Spot repair or replacement of 25 feet of sewer main and 47 sewer service laterals. Separate installation of 7 sewer cleanouts and bench repair in 3 manholes, as well as inplace replacement of 1 sewer manhole. Also included is the abandonment of the existing water system and abandonment of one redundant sewer main.
