Scope of Services The Work consists of upsizing the upper reach of the Taft Branch sewer in the City of Orange, which will include replacement of nearly 7,000 feet of pipe and associated manholes along Meats Avenue and Taft Avenue. It includes a new alignment of 3,400 feet on Sacramento Street and Taft Avenue to alleviate existing manhole access issues.
