Scope of Work The District is seeking to retain a qualified environmental consulting firm to conduct the tasks listed below. The Consultant shall complete all necessary regulatory permit applications including application preparation, application submission, and communication with regulatory agencies during application review until permit completion. The District will pay all permitting fees. The District will also provide available GIS data to the consultant. Topographic surveys necessary to complete detailed design work will be provided by the District’s design consultant.
