Via De Anza Street Improvements, Phase III Within the City of Cathedral City

SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work consists of furnishing all supervision and labor, materials, necessary equipment and tools, utility work, traffic control, and public services coordination required for the completion of the Project. The proposed street improvements include pulverization of existing asphalt pavement, shaping, moisturizing, and compacting existing base material and asphalt concrete (AC) overlay, sidewalk gap closures, concrete driveway approaches, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, and curb and gutter gap closures, removal and construction of garden walls, pavement striping, lowering and raising utilities to final grade from Olancha Road to Ortega Road along the east side of Via De Anza and the Arrowhead Road east Cul-de-sac in the City of Cathedral City.
