Scope of Work In developing the Verdugo Wash Master Plan, the Consultant shall comply with all applicable local, county, state, and federal design guidelines and requirements including, but not limited to, any imposed by the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Los Angeles County Flood Control, and as applicable, the United States Army Corps of Engineers. The focus of the Master Plan process is to create a construction-ready design alternative; and assess the impact and constructability of the Verdugo Wash linear park, including the infrastructure needed to access the Wash. Knowledge and expertise of how the Verdugo Wash will affect, relate to, and impact surrounding development, streetscapes, and the Verdugo Wash linear park itself, is critical to a successful final design.
