Urban Core Rehabilitation

Scope of Work. All of the work to be performed is within the City of Ukiah and generally consists of utility, roadway, and pedestrian improvements. The work to be performed is located along Perkins street from Main street to Pomeroy street, as well as along Gobbi Street from South Dora Street to South Orchard Avenue including portions along South Oak Street and South Main Street. The work to be performed is also located along Main street from Gobbi street to Norton street. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of sidewalks, curb and gutter, removal of water and sanitary sewer mains and service laterals, and cold planing the existing roadway surface; the work also includes the construction of new sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb return bulb-outs and accessible curb ramps, asphalt concrete overlay, new water and sanitary sewer mains and lateral services, storm drain modifications, and traffic signal installation.
