SCOPE OF WORK The following scope of work consists of three (3) separate phases for the removal, reconditioning, and installation of each turbine generator. The work to be performed for each turbine generator will be staggered and conducted on different occasions. Section 4 details the sequenced schedule. Removal. The Bidder shall perform the following tasks: a. Mobilization of equipment and material. b. Review Districts’ lockout and tag-out procedures with plant personnel. Generator disconnection from the turbine will be performed by Solar technicians (turbine manufacturer).
