SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Concord (“CITY”) releases this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from civil engineering firms (“PROPOSER”) interested in providing civil engineering design services for the construction of City Project No. 2695 and Federal Project No. HSIPL-5135(064), Street Lighting and Safety Improvements. These services will be performed under a project-specific contract as specified in Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual, Chapter 10 (Determination of Type of Contract). The method of payment will be cost plus fixed fee. The work will consist of the following: Services are anticipated to generally include, but are not limited to, design services, environmental permitting, federal forms for construction such as Notice to Owners, and construction support. Consultants shall allow adequate time in the schedule for all reviews.
