Stormwater Support Services and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (Npdes) Compliance

SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Scope of Services identified below reflects the minimum tasks that will be required each year of the contract. In the scope of work submitted as part of the proposal, the Consultant shall expand upon the scope of services and identify the deliverables that will be produced under each task. The City is pursuing an initial five-year contract for these services, with the option to include two additional five-year extensions. Pricing will be re-evaluated for each five-year term. Prospective proposers should have significant experience and familiarity in working with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB), State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), and complying with the MS4 NPDES Permit (Permit) program, Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) requirements for nearby water bodies. In addition to specific tasks identified in this RFP, it is the intent of the City that the selected firm will provide additional compliance-related support, as needed, based on an approved schedule of hourly rates or a prior negotiated lump sum.
