Scope of Services The City of Signal Hill is seeking capable, qualified, and competent contractors to perform pavement markings and striping in Segment A of the City. The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals as required to complete the work. The work to be accomplished under this contract generally includes, but is not limited to the following: Clean, prepare, and stripe a combination of residential, collector, and arterial streets. Clean, prepare and paint a variety of pavement marking types. All Work must be completed within thirty (30) working days after receipt by the Contractor of the Notice to Proceed from the City of Signal Hill.
