SCOPE OF SERVICES Our scope of services for this evaluation included the following: Reviewing background information including available as-built utility plans, topographic maps, geologic maps, and a previous geotechnical report for the site (Group Delta Consultants, 1998). Performing a geologic reconnaissance of the site, marking out the boring locations, and coordinating with Underground Service Alert and City of Escondido personnel for clearance of the existing underground utilities at the boring locations. Subcontracting with a private utility locating company to assist in the location of possible underground utilities in the vicinity of the boring locations.
