The selected Contractor shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair and services as directed by the Operations Superintendent or City designee. The selected Contractor shall provide IMSA certified staff, transportation, tools and diagnostic equipment, furnish new traffic control devices and hardware to perform the work in the following sections. 4 Work items and equipment not already listed in the Signal Maintenance Rate Sheet Attachment “D” shall be considered and invoiced based on fair market value or on a time-and-material cost.
