Roseville Electric Generation Division – Scaffolding Services

SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services for the scaffolding services contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide scaffolding support services as needed in and around all City power production facilities for projects, maintenance and operations. The contractor will deliver, erect, dismantle, and remove all types of scaffolding systems which will be used to provide working platforms of various shapes and sizes in support of various activities and events. The scaffolding contractor is to furnish all equipment, supervision, labor, supplies, services, and materials in support of each scaffolding setup. The City will contact the selected Scaffolding Contractor prior to the date that each scaffold setup is required to allow ample opportunity to perform a site visit prior to submitting an estimate for the work.
