Currently the ACC in-house electrical staff operates and maintains all permanent house sound systems located in the Exhibit Halls, Meeting Rooms, Arena and Lobby space. During all events where an Audio-Visual contractor (other than the selected provider) wishes to supply the microphones for a meeting room, the Audio-Visual Provider must bring in an independent sound system, including portable speakers
