Scope of Services The City of Carson; hereinafter referred to as “City”, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide athletic field recurring laser leveling services and relative as-needed services and supplies as further detailed in the Project Scope and Specifications. The City intends to award a three (3) year contract with two (2) additional one-year options. Option years are not guaranteed and are at the City’s sole discretion, and dependent on contractor performance and City funding. The City reserves the right to award one contract or to award multiple contracts to multiple contractors.
