Project 4.0 Valencia South AMI Meter Change-Out Program

Scope of Work: That for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained on the part of the AGENCY, and the sums of money hereinafter designated to be paid to the CONTRACTOR by the AGENCY in the manner and form as hereinafter in attached specifications provided, the CONTRACTOR hereby covenants and agrees to and with the AGENCY, to provide all labor, tools, appliances, equipment, plant and transportation, and any and all other expenses necessary or incidental to the performance of certain work hereinafter specified, and to provide, construct, and complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified below in section 4 for the AMI Meter Replacement Program all as more particularly and in detail set forth in those certain plans and specifications filed in the office of the AGENCY, and identified by the signatures of the parties to this Agreement.
