SCOPE OF SERVICES The following generalized task descriptions are presented as information only to assist consultants in preparing a proposal. In general, the scope of services is intended to provide the services required for the construction management of the project. A more detailed scope of services will be incorporated into the negotiated task orders after the successful execution of the standard consultant agreement enclosed as Attachment C. The Consultant is encouraged to include in the proposal any additional tasks beyond the Draft Scope of Services that the Consultant may find necessary or beneficial to deliver a successful project and work. The City reserves the right to enter into agreements for none, a portion, modified portions, or all the work described in this solicitation.
