Scope of Services The work to be performed consists, in general, of pavement rehabilitation on Buena Vista Road from White Lane to Stockdale Highway. Work shall include pavement resurfacing of the roadway. Other items include cold planing of existing asphalt concrete, construction of new pavement using Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (RHMA) and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), placement of thermoplastic and green methyl methacrylate pavement striping and markings, access ramps to meet current ADA standards, adjustment of manholes, adjustment of monument covers, and adjustment of water valves.
