Parks and Community Services Master Plan

SCOPE OF WORK The following Parks and Community Services Master Planning components shall be considered in the submitted proposals. Community Outreach / Education Strategy Determine community interests, needs, and concerns relevant to programs, parks, trails, open spaces, and other recreation facilities and services. Provide methods to receive input from as many people as possible, including users and nonusers of the services and facilities. Community Demographics & Trends Assess factors relevant to the accurate projection of current and future community needs, including detailed demographic data regarding such variables as age, presence of children, ethnicity, household size, and income as well as special populations that may require specialized or disproportionate services and programming, such as seniors, teens, preschoolers, second-language learners, individuals with disabilities, military families and veterans, etc.
