SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, hauling, dumping (and fees), and incidentals necessary to perform sweeping activities for clean conditions of parking lots. A clean condition is defined as the absence of residue. The Contractor shall provide a level of maintenance and performance that will present a clean, neat, and trim appearance upon completion of work. Contractor shall perform work contemplated herein in a good and workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the Cosumnes Community Services District (“District”). The District representative shall be the sole judge as to whether Contractor’s work conforms to the scope of services.
