Park Restroom Renovation, Expansion and ADA Improvements

Scope of Services The Project consists of the design of site improvements needed at proposed park locations (Exhibit D) for each to receive a new prefabricated restroom that will be designed, constructed, delivered, and installed by Public Restroom Company (PRC). The Project documents shall include, but not be limited to, a building pad, adjacent site improvements and utility services. Further detail is provided in the “Scope of Services” section of this RFP.
