SCOPE OF WORK The Department, on behalf of the County and Districts, manages and administers various public owned and operated facilities which include water reservoir storage, lakes, and other water facilities in various areas of the County under the jurisdiction of the Department. These Department facilities require periodic routine, recurring, and usual work for the preservation or protection of such public owned and operated facilities, including maintenance and repair services, as well as emergency services. The Department has numerous inspections and maintenance projects that require performance of some of the requested services set forth in this RFP.
