On-call Land Surveying Services Technical Qualifications

Description The City is seeking a Land Surveying consultant to perform a variety of land surveying, map checking services, and certificate of compliance reviews. These services shall encompass and include all detailed work, services, materials and equipment necessary to prepare and deliver Land Surveying services. All Land Surveying work shall be in compliance with the City’s Local Coastal Plan (LCP) and the Subdivision Map Act. All Land Surveying services shall be conducted under the direction of a Registered Land Surveyor licensed in the State of California or a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California (with a license number before 33966) authorized to practice all land surveying and engineering surveying.
