On-call Job Order Contract for Sidewalk Improvements

SCOPE OF WORK: In general, the work consists of repair, alteration, replacement, and construction of municipal improvements including, but not limited to: demolition of sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway approaches, cross gutters; removal and disposal of existing trees and existing tree stumps; furnishing and installing new 15-gallon trees; plant establishment and maintenance period; repairing of sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway approaches, cross gutters; grinding of sidewalk lips; construction of ADA pedestrian curb ramps; excavation, hauling and disposal of pavement, soil, and concrete; traffic control and erosion and sediment control as noted and all incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations specified herein these Special Provisions.
