DESCRIPTION : Work may include, but is not limited to the following: Perform Consultations with City staff and other appropriate agencies Facilitate and procure permits from outside agencies Assist with CEQA/NEPA documentation Prepare/review reports and provide recommendations including those related to FEMA Provide technical support for City’s geographic information systems (GIS) Review hydrology and/or hydraulic reports submitted to the City Review existing or assist in the development of new City guidelines, practices, and standards for hydrology and/or hydraulics studies Perform floodplain studies and hydrologic analysis of bridges, hydraulic conveyance floodplain impacts, foundation scour analysis, sediment transport analysis using one and two-dimensional modeling Perform hydraulic modeling
